Ongoing

In England, communal fire doors in residential blocks over 11 m must be checked every three months and flat entrance doors every year. Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland have their own duties.

We run the inspection cycle for you and keep the record.

  • Scheduled visits, no chasing
  • Resident letters handled
  • Access attempts recorded
  • Defects priced as found

Certification label

A numbered label on the leaf top or hinge edge identifies the manufacturer and certification scheme. Our Q-Mark installation label sits on the frame. No label, no evidence — and that is the most common gap we find.
