Doorsets from Q-Mark manufacturers
Not tied to one maker
We source certified doorsets from several BM TRADA Q-Mark manufacturers and pick the one whose tested range best suits the job. Each doorset arrives labelled with its manufacturer’s certification.
Manufacturer certificates with every job
One traceable record
From doorset to handover
The manufacturer’s label on the doorset, our installation label on the frame, and an O&M pack that ties every opening to its certificates.
Sample O&M pack on request
If a fire officer, insurer or building owner asks, the answer is on the door and the frame.
Who made the doorset
The certified manufacturer, from the label on the leaf.
Who fitted it
The certified installation company, from the label on the frame.
The certificates
The certificates the door was made and fitted to.
The fire rating
FD30, FD60 and whether smoke seals are part of the specification.
A unique number
Traceable back to the audit records held by the certification body.

A fire door is only proven when both halves of the story are evidenced: the doorset was made to a tested design, and it was fitted the way it was tested.
Our doorsets come from Q-Mark certified manufacturers. We then install them under our own Q-Mark installation certificate, audited independently — so the trail runs unbroken from factory to finished opening.
- Independent audits
- Trained installers
- Numbered labels
- O&M pack per opening
Straight answers from the people who survey, repair and fit fire doors every working day.
It is a third-party certification scheme for companies that install fire doors. Certified installers are trained, their work is audited by an independent certification body, and each door they fit carries a numbered label.
Tell us about the building and we will call you back within one working day. Surveys are free for programmes of ten doors or more.
