Bedroom, corridor and back-of-house doors — fire and acoustic performance in one leaf, replaced between lets without losing room nights.
CERTIFIED INSTALLER
- Swapped between lets
- Fire + acoustic leaves
- Night working available
What we usually find
Failed acoustic and intumescent seals, closers slamming or not closing, and corridor doors battered by suitcases, luggage trolleys and housekeeping carts — split edges, broken seals and damaged frames. We can fit kick plates and ABS edge protection, within each door’s certification, so doors last longer between refurbishments.
How we deliver
Programmes built around occupancy: floors released to us a corridor at a time, doors swapped before check-in, finishes matched to the interior scheme. Night working where the operator prefers it.
The regulations are the same; the buildings, occupants and constraints are not. These are the things we plan for from day one.
No lost room nights
Rooms released in small blocks and returned ready to sell the same day.
Fire and acoustic
Bedroom doorsets that hold back fire and smoke and keep corridor noise out — tested together.
Impact protection
Kick plates and edge protection fitted within certification to cope with trolleys and luggage.
Brand-matched finish
Veneers, laminates, room numbering and ironmongery matched to the interior scheme.
Quiet working
Low-noise methods and night shifts where the operator prefers, with guests always put first.
Back of house too
Kitchen, plant, linen and staff-route doors surveyed and put right alongside the guest areas.
Questions we hear most from clients in hotels.
Yes. We agree a release plan with the operator — often a few rooms at a time — and each room is returned ready to sell the same day.
Tell us about the building and we will call you back within one working day. Surveys are free for programmes of ten doors or more.
